About the department
The department of Preservation of Cultural Heritage Sites has been active since 2023. It was founded, together with the faculty's other new departments, to implement Presidential Resolution PQ-416 of 8 November 2022 “On measures to further improve the system of personnel training in the field of cultural heritage”.
The Faculty of Preservation of Cultural Heritage is an academic and administrative unit of the university: it teaches students in the corresponding directions of study under the national personnel-training programme, runs the educational process as a coherent whole, and coordinates the research work of its departments.
