Business projects launched by the university's graduates under the Kelajakka Qadam programme — what they do and what they have achieved.
About this section
Under Presidential Resolution PQ-210 of 1 June 2026, this section reports on the business projects the university's graduates have launched under the Kelajakka Qadam programme, on what those businesses do and on the results they have achieved.
For each project we publish its name and founder, its field, the loan product used, the jobs created and the results achieved. The Kelajakka Qadam centre collects this information and adds each project here once it has been financed.
How to start your own project
- Choose a loan productCompare the terms of the “Tadbirkorlikka ilk qadam”, “Biznes start”, “Biznes progress” and “Talaba invest” loans in the Loan Products section.
- Come to the Kelajakka Qadam centreThe centre helps you develop your idea and get the project ready for financing; the cost of preparing a business plan is covered by the “Mening birinchi kasbim” project.
- Apply to the National BankThe National Bank's service centres and its contact centre on (78) 148-00-10 advise on the terms and the documents you need.
Finance your project
Preferential loans from UZS 20 million to UZS 2 billion for graduates and young people under 31.
