Finance Department

Qo‘chqorov Beknazar Shomurotovich has headed the department since July 2024.

The department works under Presidential Resolution PQ-416 of 8 November 2022 “On measures to further improve the system of personnel training in the field of architecture and construction”, the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan on education, the decrees, orders and resolutions of the President, the resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers, the board resolutions, orders and instructions of the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation, and the orders of the university's rector.

• Taking part in the long-term and current planning of the university's economic, financial and business activity, and proposing orders and measures in this area
• Drawing up the annual draft estimates for budget and extra-budgetary funds and submitting them to the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation for approval and registration
• Preparing the budget and extra-budgetary staffing tables, having them approved and monitoring staffing discipline
• Setting the prices of the educational and other services the university provides and having them approved; forecasting annual revenue and analysing how the forecasts are met
• Compiling the quarterly and annual reports on financial and economic indicators and submitting them to the ministry and the statistics authorities
• Monitoring the spending of the university's budget and extra-budgetary funds and compliance with budget discipline
• Carrying out material incentive measures for teaching staff and employees
• Analysing the university's economic situation
• Ensuring that the funds needed for the social protection of staff and students are provided
• Making sure that the department's reports and drafts are timely and of good quality
