One of the largest and most prestigious events of the country's agricultural sector — the “AgroExpo Uzbekistan–2025” international exhibition — was held on 26–28 November at the Uzexpocentre national exhibition complex in the capital.
One hundred and eighty companies from 20 countries, representing more than 220 leading brands, showed their products and solutions. On display were tractors, combine harvesters, cotton pickers, smart machinery, drones, drip irrigation systems, intensive horticulture technologies and smart greenhouse control systems.
Representatives of the university took an active part with their own projects. Alongside representatives of foreign and domestic organisations, Ibrohim Abdurahmonov, Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Uzbekistan, visited the SDTU stand.
The guests were given a detailed account of the innovation projects under way at the university and of its work on international investment, and new directions for cooperation were discussed.
