An important psychology meeting was organised for students at the university's faculties of Architecture and Preservation of Cultural Heritage.
Psychologists Sardor Otayorov and Umeda Najmiyeva, together with the tutors of the students' dean's office, ran seminar-trainings on “Stabilising mental health” for first- and third-year students within the “Psychologist meets students” series.
The seminars discussed ways of keeping mental balance, managing stress and anxiety, and open dialogue with students. The event was another step in raising students' psychological literacy and supporting them.
