A critical review meeting on the further development of the university's work was held under the chairmanship of Chidem Turkyilmaz, rector of Samarkand State Technical University.
During the meeting the rector analysed in depth the problems arising in each area of responsibility, their causes and workable solutions; the importance of strengthening accountability and raising results in every area was specially emphasised.
Jamol Jo‘rayev, the rector's adviser on the stability of the social and moral environment, spoke on raising students' culture of receiving and sharing information, preventing offences, organising effective educational events and holding the final assessments transparently, to standard and on schedule. The meeting closed with specific instructions and tasks set for the university's prevention inspectors.
