Led by Mohinur Anvarova, a teacher of the Department of Uzbek Language and Literature, an interesting excursion was organised for students of the Mechanical Engineering programme living in the student dormitory.
Held under the slogan “A journey into history”, the excursion took the students on a close look at Samarkand's historical and cultural monuments. Getting to know the city's rich culture, ancient landmarks and great heritage, they broadened their knowledge of history.
Events like this help build students' respect for the history and values of our homeland and give them a meaningful way to spend their free time.
