The presentation of the “Green Initiatives” club was held at Mirzo Ulugbek Samarkand State Technical University with students, tutors and deputy deans of the Faculty of Architecture. The club operates under the Student Clubs department, and its main goal is protecting the environment and contributing to the “Green Economy” year.
At the presentation, Sherzod Uzoqov, Vice-Rector for youth affairs and moral-educational work, spoke about the important tasks facing the club. Muhammadjon Mo‘minov, the club's initiator and a fourth-year student of the Faculty of Construction, then gave the participants detailed information about the club's activities.
Charos Xushmurodova, head of the Student Clubs department, held a question-and-answer session on the club's model plan and charter, and listened to suggestions and feedback.
