Yesterday, university psychologists Sardor Otayorov and Umida Najmiyeva, in cooperation with the Deanery of Students, held a psychological seminar-training on “External factors that influence a person” for students of the Faculty of Construction at Mirzo Ulugbek Samarkand State Technical University.
During the event, students learned in depth, through real-life examples, about how external factors shape a person's thinking, outlook, behaviour and character.
Analysing both positive and negative factors, the psychologists gave the students practical recommendations on self-awareness and building a strong inner sense of self.
