The event was opened by Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs Mirolim Shodmonqulov.
187 major, reputable companies took part in the event.
Among them:
— “Mirankul Construction Materials” LLC, operating in Samarkand District, Samarkand Region;
— the private enterprise “SAM FERRE” in Urgut District, Samarkand Region;
— India's Larsen & Toubro Construction company, based in Tashkent;
— the “Navoi Mining and Metallurgical” joint-stock company in Navoi, Navoi Region;
— representatives of companies such as “Yuksalish Group” also took part. In addition, around 150 students were hired by these enterprises after interviews.
A masterclass on the secrets of becoming an entrepreneur was given by Zaxriddin Nosirov, director of “ARAM” company and founder of the “1000 Millionaires” club.
In addition, as part of an “Open Doors Day,” an excursion around the university was organised for graduates of schools, colleges and academic lyceums.
