Today a meeting was held at the university with representatives of a national working group, aimed at ensuring youth employment, guiding them into work and providing them with professional support. All of the university's responsible officials took part.
At the meeting, representatives of the national working group — specifically B. Xolmirov, head of a department at the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation, and F. Akmalov, curator of the credit department of the National Bank of Uzbekistan's “Step into the Future” centre — together with the university's Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs Mirolim Shodmonqulov, spoke with the graduating students.
During the meeting, students wishing to carry out their own business projects were given an explanation of the substance, aims and objectives of the “Step into the Future” programme, and were given the necessary advice on the financial service packages developed by the bank, on drawing up business plans in various fields, and on preparing credit documents for entrepreneurship.
The university's graduating students also had all their questions answered.
After the meeting, the working group representatives visited the university's registrar's office. During the visit, plans were made to open a “Step into the Future” centre at the university in partnership with the National Bank.
