Under the tasks set at the videoconference chaired by the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan on 17 January 2025 on broadly attracting investment and increasing export volumes, international cooperation is being set up at Mirzo Ulugbek Samarkand State Technical University.
In this connection, representatives of leading Chinese companies visited SDTU. Representatives of the following companies took part in the meeting:
— Hebei Lakoo Automation Equipment Co., Ltd — automation-technology manufacturing (general manager Mr. Jin Yi);
— XingTai Lang Tai Agricultural Technology Co., Ltd — agricultural-technology manufacturing (general manager Mr. Li Feng);
— Hebei Langyue Plastic Products Co., Ltd — plastic-product manufacturing (general manager Mr. Wang Guangjun);
— Hebei Kelaiente Glass Shutter Manufacturing Co., Ltd — glass-product manufacturing (general manager Mr. Meng Xiaobo).
During the visit, preliminary agreements were reached on setting up production at the university. This cooperation will serve to put scientific innovations into practice, attract foreign investment and expand international experience.
